That experience has taken me through every kind of market and mortgage product, from first-time homebuyer programs to complex investment financing.

Finance Degree
I earned my degree in Finance from University of South Florida, where I built a strong foundation in financial systems, market dynamics, and long-term investment strategies.
That education shaped how I approach mortgage lending today, with an emphasis on clear communication, smart numbers, and sustainable value for every client.
After graduation, I chose mortgage lending because I wanted to be part of helping people make one of life’s biggest financial moves. I take pride in simplifying the process, breaking it down step-by-step, and being available and responsive from first call to closing day.
House Flipping
For eight years, I was fully immersed in the world of house flipping. I managed everything from identifying undervalued properties and securing financing to overseeing renovations and handling resale strategy.
That experience gave me a deep understanding of property value, market timing, budgeting, and how to spot a smart investment. I learned how to work with contractors, manage timelines, and make decisions that directly impacted profitability.
It also taught me what buyers care about most, not just the numbers, but the feeling of walking into a home that’s been thoughtfully restored. That perspective continues to shape how I approach real estate and lending today.
Free Time
Time with My Son
On weekends away from the office, I enjoy working on cars and motorcycles—but the best part is doing it with my son. Whether we're tinkering in the garage, riding bikes, grilling in the backyard, or catching a game together, it’s all about spending quality time. Those moments, big or small, are what matter most.
Staying Active
I love playing volleyball—indoors or on the sand. It keeps me active, sharp, and competitive, and it’s a great way to meet new people and unwind after a long day.
Keeping Life Simple
When I’m not working or chasing a ball, I enjoy the simple stuff: a strong cup of coffee in the morning, grilling on the weekends, and catching a good movie at home. I believe in working hard and enjoying the little things in between.
